What Can Be Returned?

  • You can return any unused and undamaged VisionaryBlue.in blue light blocking glasses within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, the glasses must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

What Can’t Be Returned?

  • We cannot accept returns for used or damaged glasses.
  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • We cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized glasses (unless there’s a manufacturing defect).

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to ship your glasses back to us.
  3. Safe Packaging: Please securely package your glasses in their original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned glasses and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within business days.
